The hotel offered 24-hour tea and coffee, a great perk. the location was fine, with a picturesque view of the water nearby. It was a convenient spot, centrally located and within easy reach of key attractions.

The walls of the hotel were quite thin, which resulted in little privacy and could be bothersome for light sleepers. some of the smaller rooms may not be as comfortable as the larger ones.

Excellent medieval hotel in central location. Helpful staff, stunning views, delicious breakfast waffles. Intriguing artwork. Can't wait to return.

They gave us a deluxe double room with a lovely view, king-sized bed, for instance. Having a shower, a hairdryer and bath robes was a bonus. Historic Centre of Brugge district won't disappoint you.

I recently stayed at this place and it was a wonderful experience! The hotel is located right on the canal with great views of all the leading sights along the water's edge. The staff was very helpful and accommodating with services like room service, laundry, and shuttle service. The rooms were soundproofed and equipped with amenities like an in-room safe and air conditioning. Additionally, the hotel provided a welcome drink and even made a reservation for us at a nearby restaurant with a menu that was hard to choose from.

This hotel comes highly recommended to all families visiting this charming city.

It was convenient to explore all the major sights and just a short walk to the Central Plaza-Market. The hotel facilities were great, with well-appointed rooms and excellent air conditioning. The cleanliness was perfect, making me feel comfortable and at ease. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, always ready with great recommendations. And the best part? The breakfast! It was delicious and offered a variety of options to start the day off right. I couldn't have asked for more!

We would choose this hotel again without hesitation, as it was worth every penny spent. I highly recommend this lovely hotel for an lovely experience.
